Online Shopping

I live in a place that is not exactly one of the fashion capitals of the world... so I am a bonafide online shopper, and proud of it! So because I know I am not the only teenage girl in the world who goes to her mall and asks herself, 'why me?', I am spotlighting three of my favorite online shops, and pointing out my favorites from each! Are you excited? I know I am! Here we go:

ModCloth
ModCloth first attracted me because of it's name, I absolutely love that name, and their ads showed the prettiest clothes, so I made with the clickies and fell in love with their clothes. They have a lot of cute dresses and skirts that have made homes in my closet. They also have a handy-dandy how-to guide for measuring yourself! Their shoes aren't half bad either, hell, who am I kidding, I want to build an altar and worship at their feet *tee hee, shoe humor*.

Tux Goes Lux Dress, $74.99

The Chicago Dress, $99.99

And no, not all the dresses are expensive, for instance:

Sidecar Tour Dress, $42.99

And then we MUST move onto the shoes:

Suma Cum Laude Oxfords, $34.99

Shady Lane Booties, $42.99

Also, another thing to love about ModCloth, is that the name some of their items in a cute, kitschy, pop culture reference-y kind of way. As a die-hard Gilmore Girls fan, and conversation-referencer myself, these tickle me pink. Such as Shady Lane Booties; The Naughty Lady of Shady Lane was a VERY popular song in the fifties. I should know, my grandpa plays the record for me every time i come to visit.

If you like any of the items you saw in this post, you can find all of them here

My next post will be on FreePeople, and should be out tomorrow.

Peace, Love, and Rock 'n Roll,
